Background

IH-LOO-MUH-NEYT: to supply or brighten with light, to make lucid or clear, to enlighten, as with knowledge. This is at the heart of super-mum and instructor, Amanda’s, mission to bettering bodies and hearts through the power of yoga. Starting as a one-woman show, Illuminate has grown from a shared space to a custom-built studio with 25 weekly classes spread over the full seven days.

Goals and Objectives

Ambitious growth wasn’t anything new to Amanda, who was already an author, yoga queen and business owner by the time we were recommended to her by a previous client. While the move into Illuminate Yoga’s location in Wetherill Park was a step up, the goal was to reach ever-higher. We love working with powerful leaders and ambitious talents who want to reach a wider audience and spread their passion through strong brand identity and customer experience. That is what Amanda hired us for, and we can proudly say that we delivered.

Outcomes

After the rebrand, and with the help of a custom website to capture (some of) Amanda’s existing energy, we were able to help her win new clientele, improve end-to-end customer experience and change Illuminate Yoga’s brand perception. Focusing in on what made Illuminate special and valuable to those it served was key, and our marketing efforts were able to draw on that existing energy to create an experience that people wanted to spread.
