The Challenge

As Australia’s most-awarded young butcher, Matthew had no qualms about the quality of his products and service. The trouble was knowing how to get it into the hungry mouths of the people. High-class butchers are artisans; and every great artist deserves a megaphone for their art.

We gave that Son of a Butcher the megaphone he needed. While we’d like to say it’s easy working with talented artisans–we know enough to know that nothing will sell itself. With enough gourmet-style burger joints in West Sydney to feed a small country, standing out among the noise needed an especially Big touch.
