Joe Papandrea Quality Meats is a butcher worth knowing in Sydney West. Delivering fresh, high grade cuts of meat since 1996, their Bossley Park location had a reputation for quality which kept local families, restaurants and wholesalers coming back for more.
An established, reputable, trusted business, with a steady loyal user base: so what’s the catch? The catch is, in 2016, the established butchery would be opening a new store in Wetherill Park. Joe’s reputation was built on traditional, old-school values and the loyalty of an existing customer base. To cash in on the opportunities a new location could offer, he understood that an equal set of challenges would first need to be tackled head on.
