A homegrown produce approach to quality dining, Pipeclay Pumphouse is a special kind of restaurant just outside of Mudgee, NSW. Following a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy, head chef Andy Crestani prepares each dish with technique, restraint and respect. The overall experience at Pipeclay is relaxed, but refined; with a seasonal menu that’s hand-picked by whatever the master chef has available in his veggie patch.
Goals and Objectives
Located 8kms north of Mudgee CBD, Pipeclay Pumphouse wasn’t something people were likely to stumble on by accident. What a shame. Chef Crestani wanted to win new business and to get his high-quality produce on a bigger stack of plates in the Mudgee restaurant market. To do this, we needed to create a new Pipeclay Pumphouse experience, translate that quality into an online presence, then spread the word.
